Multiple Pathways to World-Class Gold-Copper Discovery
Kincora is an active explorer and hybrid prospect generator led by an industry leading technical team targeting Tier 1 scale discoveries in New South Wales, Australia. With a district-scale portfolio across the Macquarie Arc and Cobar Basin of the Lachlan Fold Belt, Kincora combines partner-funded exploration, wholly owned discovery opportunities and a capital-efficient strategy designed to create multiple shots on goal.
About Kincora
Kincora Copper Limited (TSX-V & ASX: KCC) is an institutional-grade copper-gold explorer and hybrid project generator focused on the Central-West of New South Wales, Australia with an industry leading technical team and asset-level partners.
The Company holds a district-scale portfolio across the Macquarie Arc and Cobar basin of the Lachlan Fold Belt, a region hosting world-class mines including Cadia, Northparkes and Cowal.
Kincora operates a hybrid model combining direct exploration with a partnership-driven earn-in strategy. The Company retains material project ownership while partners fund exploration expenditure through staged commitments, supporting a scalable and relatively low-dilution funding model with both the traditional major mining companies but also the new generation of "new technology" private explorers.

Condobolin
Historical open cut mining at the Condobolin Mineral Field was limited by the water table, while exploration was hindered by the weathering profile—creating a compelling opportunity given minimal modern exploration. Kincora has consolidated ownership of the field and launched the first systematic drilling program in over a decade at the Meritilga epithermal gold-silver-base metals discovery, an asset well-suited for a junior explorer to advance efficiently.
Trundle
Trundle has attracted over $10 million of Kincora shareholder capital and interest from major mining companies, supported by prior drilling and geophysics. Independent and Geomorphic AI reviews have identified new geological concepts and highly prospective walk-up targets, creating optionality for sole funding or partnering in the near-medium term.
Fairholme
Adjacent to the Cowal mine gold corridor (>14Moz endowment) and bordering Newmont's earn-in license, Fairholme is a maturely explored project with vectors from prior drilling and geophysics. Having attracted major mining companies and multiple Kincora drill phases, independent and Geomorphic AI reviews now support new geological concepts and large-scale targets, creating optionality for sole funding or partnering.
Cundumbul
This early-stage project has confirmed intrusive systems in its northern and southern portions, with Kincora recently regaining unrestricted access. Geomorphic AI and an independent review have identified a pipeline of new coincident targets, further encouraged by Waratah Minerals' nearby discovery at Spur, creating optionality for sole funding or partnering.
Cowal East
Located the other side east of Lake Cowal to Evolution Mining’s flagship Cowal mine and north of the Marsden porphyry copper-gold deposit, this early-stage exploration project hosts a confirmed intrusive system under shallow-moderate post mineral cover.
Kincora has recently expanded the projects size by 40% and undertaken a “traditional” ground gravity survey. The enlarged project portfolio was last held and explored by Gold Fields, over a decade ago.
Also earlier in 2026, Kincora formed a new partnership with Atomioncis for next generation “quantum” gravity technology, alongside Geomorphic AI’s review, supporting several targets and creating optionality for further partnering
Wongarbon
Interpreted as a large untested intrusive complex on strike from the 14.7Moz gold equivalent Boda-Kaiser discoveries, this project benefits from an innovative partnership with Fleet Space Technologies for proprietary geophysics, with drilling rights to earn a minority interest. The first-ever hole has been drilled with NSW government funding support to optimize follow-up exploration.
Northern Junee-Narromine Belt (NJNB)
This province-scale greenfield project spans over 100km of the interpreted northern Macquarie Arc extension, funded by AngloGold Ashanti with Kincora as operator earning a management fee. Initial drilling and assay results suggest increasing proximity to multiple porphyry copper-gold system centers across potentially several complexes.
Cadia - Newmont
Newmont in 2023 acquired Newcrest, its flagship operation being Cadia which is one of the world’s largest long-lived gold-copper mines.
The project was originated by, and discovery made by, Kincora’s technical director John Holliday with an estimated current endowment of >50Moz gold and >10Mt copper hosting a cluster of porphyry and skarn deposits.
Cowal
Flagship asset for Australia’s second largest gold miner who acquired the mine in 2015 from Barrick with a resource inventory of 3.4Moz gold and grown this to now >14Moz with production from both open pit and underground.
A key element of Evolution’s exploration success was an open minded exploration model, successfully identifying a structurally hosted sheeted veins and shear hosted lodes system (epithermal to mesothermal) rather than prior general focus of a porphyry copper deposit model.
Spur
Waratah acquired the Spur/Cargo project in 2023 with a <A$5-million market capitalisation but a new wallrock-style epithermal-porphyry mineralisation exploration target model and vectors from prior explorer drilling and geophysics.
The project previously had relatively mature exploration and informal mining activities being located as close at 15km from the Cadia property boundary but the new exploration model has yield excellent results and new discovery supporting a re-rating to a >A$250-million market capitalisation.
Boda
Located with Alkane’s Northern Molong Porphyry Project, the original Boda discovery made in 2019 and was followed by Kaiser which together now host a combined metal inventory of ~8.3Moz gold and ~1.5Mt copper.
The deposits are interpreted to sit in the higher levels of the porphyry system, generally associated with intrusive-hydrothermal breccias representing a unique style of significant mineralisation for the Macquarie Arc.
Marsden
A discovery made by Newcrest by Kincora’s technical director John Holliday’s team with an estimated endowment pre being dismembered of ~5Mt copper & ~8-10Moz gold.
Base of system is yet to identified having been dismembered by the post mineral Marsden thrust fault, limiting the size of the currently defined mineral system. Marsden hosts grades and is a zoned Macquarie “finger” porphyry system otherwise typical of the Macquarie Arc within the Cowal Intrusive Complex.
Northparkes
Evolution acquired an 80% interest in December 2023 with the mine commencing operations in 1994, was the first to use the block cave mining method in Australia and has a metal endowment of >24Moz gold equivalent.
Northparkes hosts a cluster of porphyry copper-gold deposits, predominately vertically extensive “finger” porphyry deposits, including 5 within a 2km radius of the mill. Northparkes are seeking the potential development of the E44 deposit, which would be the first satellite to the mill, as a renewed regional and near mill exploration strategy is being undertaken since Evolution Mining’s acquisition.
Tritton
Underground operations initially commenced in 2005 with multiple current sources of ore. Mill utilization in FY2025 was 1,100ktpa under existing capacity of 1800ktpa.
Constellation discovery currently at the studies phase and expected to provide a new long-life source of ore with transaction with Peel Mining for the Mallee Bull (>100km) and Wirlong deposits to extend Tritton’s mine life and mill capacity utlisation.
Mallee Bull
In February 2026, Peel Mining announced a A$214-million transaction with Aeris Resources for its Mallee Bull and Wirlong deposits, with Mallee Bull to be prioritised as a near term, high-grade base load ore source to Aeris’s existing Tritton mill located >100km away.
Mallee Bull was initially discovered in 2010, commences at ~60m below surface, has been defined to at least 800m and remains open along strike and depth
CSA
The CSA mine was acquired from Glencore by MAC Copper in 2023, which was then acquired for A$1.6-billion by Harmony Gold (latter closed October 2025).
CSA is a multiple lens, vertically extensive, high-grade mineral system (>3.5% copper) supporting a long-life mine (initial modern operations commenced in 1964), currently operating at 1.9km depth.
Mineral Hill
Gold, copper, zinc, lead and silver from open pit mining and underground restart.
Mill utilization in FY2024 was 1,100ktpa under existing capacity of 1600ktpa.
Mill utilization in FY2024 was 1,100ktpa under existing capacity of 1600ktpa, and in mid 2026 a pit wall failure resulted in operations being placed on Care and Maintenance with a focus on exploration and building out a larger reserve supporting a near-medium term restart
Sunrise
Robert Friedland backed Sunrise Energy Metals was one of the best performing globally listed resource stocks in 2025 as it progressed financing and studies of the Syerston Scandium Project, which is proposed to be one of, if not, the world’s first source of mineable, high-grade scandium. Sunrise also owns the Sunrise Nickel-Cobalt Project, one of the largest and most cobalt-rich nickel laterite deposits in the world.
